DENNIS KEITH DEGEN  

Dennis "Dean" Degen passed away on July 28, 2016 in Boquete, Panama. Dennis moved to Europe with his family at an early age. He was raised in Germany, England and France where he graduated from the American School of Paris in 1970. Much of his adult life was spent in Northern Virginia where he was the owner of Harbinger Construction Company. The last several years he lived happily in Panama where he enjoyed playing his guitar at the local bars, roaming the beautiful countryside on his motorcycle and making friends with the local people. He is survived by his siblings Karen Degen of Palm Harbor, FL, Kathee Degen Smith of Penn Valley, CA, Ken Degen of Lebanon, NJ, and Rick Degen of Sylvania, OH. A Celebration of Life Open House will be held at McMahon's Pub & Restaurant in Warrenton, Virginia on Saturday, October 22 at 5 p.m.
